Payless Fence Repair & Gate Contractor (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a fence and gate contractor serving Los Angeles County and Ventura County, California. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

We only collect what we need in order to quote and carry out work. That falls into three groups.
Information you give us. When you fill in a quote form on this site we ask for your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and any message you choose to write, so that we can get back to you. If you call or text us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us during the call.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records standard technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that referred you, and the date and time.
Information about your property. If you go ahead with an estimate we will hold the service address and notes about the work, such as fence height, materials and access. This comes from you, in person or over the phone.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone who wants to market to you.
This site shows two phone numbers. (213) 282-7990 is our main line and reaches us directly. (818) 631-8770 is the number for text messages. Both reach us.
If you contact us by phone or text, we may keep a record of that contact so we can follow up. Texting us is your choice and we only reply about your enquiry — we do not send marketing text messages. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
This website does not set advertising cookies of its own. Some cookies may be set by the third parties described below when you interact with their content.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.
A few outside services are used to run this site. Each has its own privacy policy, and we suggest reading them if you want the detail.
Quote requests that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax and licensing purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period and then overwritten.
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Quote requests are sent to us by email and stored in our own systems, which are password protected. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, and we have not done so in the past twelve months.

This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
